Honestly I was disappointed. Busy phone lines. No call back. The service was worse than bad. Finally, the settlement proposed by the insurance company was also on the low side. I was not happy. I refused the offer and told 770GoodLaw to go back to the insurance company to negotiate a better settlement. This is when “Mr. Jin Oh” took my case. This guy is the best. He listens to you, give you the right answer, if the line is busy, he will call you back within 15 minutes. Jin succeeded to get the additional paperwork requested by the insurance company done, track down the new adjuster assigned to my case (the previous one was nowhere to be found), and obtain the new settlement I was looking for, all in only 1 week. Jin is very competent, understanding, and extremely efficient.
