Aaron Boland was arrogant, disrespectful and totally unprepared. He had had three trials in the two weeks before my three day trial. Mr Boland did not cite law when arguing motions; he says he never objects to questions or responses which is absolutely unhelpful because he does not create a record. IMHO not objecting is really malpractice.
