Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible customer service, office is clean and some staff members are okay but what they do is not okay. All they care about is money. They do not care if your going to be okay or take what you want seriously. All they care about is money and how much they could make of you. Also roxanna is a horrible translator and employee! Do not contract them, they only do what best for them and convince you to take steps that u do not want just take more money from you!Received a message back from this “professional” law group you say I wasn’t your client but how do u know I’m a minor? And even though I am not your client my mother was? As soon as Roxanna saw me waiting in the office with my mother when she was called to go inside I could tell immediately she did not want me to go in. Now you say “we do what’s best for our clients” but in reality it’s just money interest. She wanted to cancel you did not let her by telling her they were going to take her kids away! What type of law group that try to “help” would say that to a client. Now if you say you guys are so professional why was roxanna talking over a client when she was speaking? I believe an employer and if the employee had manners they should hear the client or person talking first and then they speak. Their job is to listen. NOW with the few minutes I was in that office I got treated poorly and I could very much tell the ones we were speaking with were talking smack once we left that office. In the end, the whole time all I heard were buffers from your employee what professional office does that? Now I left feedback to help others not for roxanna to call saying she’s calling “ to get her to pay the money that is owed” to complaining and treating her client poorly into telling her things for putting her name out here in the feedback. I do believe you said all of that in the message back because we both know you lose clients. I have a right to put out my experience although I was not a client I was still in that office getting treated terrible! Now I do not want to get started with when my mom was calling at the beginning of the case… you guys would pick up quick… answer her quick YOU GUYS KNEW SHE WANTED TO CANCEL THAT ORDER! So ofc you would not take her in right away! I have a right to put out my opinion and help those who may be going through the same thing to help them and not make the same mistake my mom made in contracting people only interested in taking her money!
