I had two different Title Companies for both transactions. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that working with Carol Reeves at Barron & Redding was by FAR a better experience. Not once did I have to call her over and over. She was always responsive, answered her phone, return calls promptly and emails. Carol’s communication skills are superb compared to working with Mason Title in PCB where I was calling for days leaving messages, no return calls and texting emergency texts, having to reach out to my Realtor begging to reach the Title agent.
