Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessI went to Bobby Cloud to handle my custody case in 2017. It was never filed after we went to court, his staff was in charge of that. I called many times, and even tried to do walk ins to see what was happening. They would always say the manager will call you back. I never would receive calls back. In 2021 I had to go back to court with a new lawyer (Carbone, 100% recommend him), everyone was so confused on why the office staff and Bobby never followed through to literally file it. I call every few months trying to speak to a manager to get a refund since literally nothing was finished, but I guess my 2500$ will never return. Mr. Cloud made sure my voice was heard, and I am now able to enjoy my sons on the weekend. Now the weekends are equal, and my sons cannot go out of state without my permission or a court order. Everything he said I could ask for I received. He made sure I knew what was reasonable and what was not. I am beyond grateful I chose Bobby Cloud as my attorney when I decided to go back to court. Mr. Cloud made sure my voice was heard, and I am now able to enjoy my sons on the weekend. Now the weekends are equal, and my sons cannot go out of state without my permission or a court order. Everything he said I could ask for I received. I came in last year with nothing but problems with my custody case. Catherine was the 1st person who actually sat down to listen to me. It changed my world completely that day. I now have full custody of my daughter,and that’s all thanks to this team with Bobby cloud’s office. They are absolutely amazing. I went from supervised visitation to full sole legal custody. There is still hope, and they will help you get what you and your children deserve.

Those other people are wrong!! Getting divorced is probably the hardest thing you will ever have go through! This lawyer is professional and has your back throughout the entire process. There wasn’t a single time I didn’t feel like I wasn’t at the top of his priority list! Yeah, this stuff is hard and emotional, but Bobby always made me feel like he was there for me and me alone! I sat in those court rooms many times waiting for my turn and there wasn’t a single other lawyer I would have trusted after watching them fumble their cases! You want to win?!? You want to keep your dignity during a time when you are at your lowest place?!? Stop wasting your time with others, call his office and schedule a consultation. Sure…..It costs money to retain a lawyer, but this is the only place you will feel like your money was well spent when it’s over!!I will recommend Bobby Cloud Law over and over without hesitation! After reading other reviews on this thread, I CAN NOT understand how Bobby Cloud Law could get anything but 5 stars! Those other people are wrong!! Getting divorced is probably the hardest thing you will ever have go through! This lawyer is professional and has your back throughout the entire process. There wasn’t a single time I didn’t feel like I wasn’t at the top of his priority list! Yeah, this stuff is hard and emotional, but Bobby always made me feel like he was there for me and me alone! I sat in those court rooms many times waiting for my turn and there wasn’t a single other lawyer I would have trusted after watching them fumble their cases! You want to win?!? We called Bobby after we had already started the process of two TRO’s in family court. TBH I wish we had reached out to him before we filed but we had to act fast to protect a child. Bobby and his staff, guided us on the next steps and what would happen. Our case was rare and he prepared us for what could happen and what would most likely happen. Bobby fought so hard for our cases and it’s complicated but he did everything he could do. We are so thankful to him and his office for all they did. We hope our attorney in the other state is as amazing as Bobby and his office. I highly recommend Bobby cloud!
