Great firm. My lawsuit took place during covid, and the people i was suing made some lousy offers. My attorney advised me not to take their highest offer, and I’m glad i listened. When ask was said and done he got me 8 times what they initially offered and we settled out of court. My attorney was fantastic, kept me updated throughout process. I’m surprised by all these bad reviews.

I give them 1 star for answering they phone to take my call and info about my wives case of nursing home abuse. I was surprised of the answer I was given about them handling our case that if they can not make enough money on it then they can not help. I left a message on Mr. Chiari”s voice mail about they advertise in helping with nursing home abuse on Television and asked him to please call me but never got a call back. I have heard really good things about they firm but surprised he could not even return my phone call.

I would give them ZERO stars, if I could. Only use this firm if you are directly referred to a GOOD attorney in the practice. I walked in blind after I was T-boned in a car accident. I was let go by my employer, because of permanent back injuries and surgeries that didn’t allow me to meet the lifting requirements after the accident. The attorney, from Brown Chiari, acted like he could care less about my case. He never fought for me. The person who hit me, who ended my career, who had minimal insurance, and who lied during his deposition, had minimal insurance but was financially wealthy — I know, because we lived in the same neighborhood — the attorney at BC said the other driver had no assets to share with me, above his minimal auto insurance coverage, for all that driver had done to me during the accident … I was sure the attorney never even did the investigation of personal assets. I waited 3 years for a settlement that didn’t even cover the debt incurred during those 3 years, because of my loss of income. We lost our home and so much more. The worse, for myself and my family, was the deep depression, anxiety and pain that incurred in me, which I still battle today… years later. In addition, there were 2 additional tasks that the attorney never followed through to completion. After several calls I couldn’t do it anymore… the constant calling… I was a mess and had no more fight in me after 3+ years. I trusted BC to be my advocate when I was at my worse … shame on them for leaving me defenseless.

I see their commercials and want to spit at them but inlady like and my own TV. Worst lawyers when we got in contact we had pictures and evidence and when my mother did pass away in nursing home tried to contact them and wad totally blown off. Wow .No compassion no nothing. Then I get a letter “we have been trying to reach you” lol what a joke. No missed calls or voice mails . They are a joke!!!!!!!!!!!! 0 stars
