My case just finished. I was being charged with two felonies, each punishable up to 5 years in prison. I was so blessed.. his office worked so hard with my mother while I was incarcerated to get me out on a bond after having a previous record.. I got 90 days time served on a second possession of controlled substance. Not long after, the following year, I was back in jail on new charges. I hired Mr Burchett because I trusted him and his opinion. Not only that, he was so nice! So personable. I felt comfortable like we were friends!! That’s really important in these situations. I was looking at 12 months in jail and 12 months in another program or something crazy like that on a first violation… some how we went to court, I got 6 months time served. I had been in there over 8 months, I was shocked! Happy is an understatement. I went home that day! I couldn’t believe it! Incredible lawyer, incredible person. Will always hire again and again.
