Critical: Quality, ValueI never thought I would say that I would rather have my unpaid medical bills go to the pushy call centers in India, but there it is. These people wont work with you to reduce the cost, and won’t help you fix the impact of the collection on your credit, even when you pay in full. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is awful. The representatives are rude. I tried to negotiate with them on lowering my payments, as MDH turned me in to collections, even tho I was making payments to them but we didn’t have an agreement. How many people pay their medical bills willingly? You would think that asking them to be humans and have compassion, bc I still have to live and still have other bills, is a hard task for them. Emily is very rude. The only person who I have talked to from there, that is remotely nice and professional, is Courtney.This place is awful. The representatives are rude. This place is awful. The representatives are rude. I tried to negotiate with them on lowering my payments, as MDH turned me in to collections, even tho I was making payments to them but we didn’t have an agreement. This place is horrible to work with. They sent us to court and I made a payment plan with their lawyer for 30 a month bc I really don’t care if they get there money. MDH needs to reconsider business with these people. The lawyer is easier to work for then these people. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Absolutely horrible experience. If you want to try to make payment arrangements don’t even bother calling. “Stan” was rude and arrogant and belittled and did not fail to insult me when I tried to come to an agreement for a payment plan that I could afford. Basically he said if I could not afford $500/month he would not work with me. Obviously, if I could afford that I wouldn’t have a payment in collection. I was in tears before the end of the phone call. I’m sorry that I even had to rank them with 1 star.

Never heard from anyone. I supposedly owe $212 for medical copays that were paid by my insurance company. They never called or anything. Just reported it to my credit dropping my score 100 pts for this. 0 stars.
