If I can give this incompetent attorney, 0 stars, I would. He represented the seller in my client’s transaction who was the buyer. He made so many errors in the contract, and deposited escrow check 2 months after going into contract. My client lost a lot of time and money as he had to rent a place because his lease was up. Very irresponsible. If you find out this attorney is anyway involved in any of your transactions, I say, its not meant to be- not worth it.
