Mike Dergarabedian will take all the money you have and then sell you out. Read the bad reviews not just his Rockville Centre friends. Dismissive, insensitive and condescending. Very friendly with the D.A. office and dropped us when they needed to put my son on the stand after saying that wouldn’t happen. His billing was crooked also, keep your receipts. His secretary is very,very pleasant. That’s good because she is the only one you will be speaking with after you are a client.If you have a serious criminal case, look elsewhere.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
This Guy Mike is a crook. Beware , this guy was hired for my husband and only stayed on the case for 3 days and rob us 6000.00 and refused to give a receipt and account of service after we fired him and have been ignoring my messages. He only cares about is money. I will be going to the bar association for his unethical practices.

He was truthful when he said he’s very personal he had my sons case once we realize we couldn’t use him due to the Feds taking over the case we contacted him at this point he did nothing at all but 1 visit to my son in jail he lied and said he showed up in court on the 8 th of January after the DA informed us and him the case was no long with the state Feds picked it up. I went to court in Nassau on the 8th and he nor anyone else were there on my sons behalf we gave him 3000 dollars to start he didn’t do anything talking about phone calls and papers all the information he said he got came from us I would not recommend him to anyone he very rude and unprofessional lesson learned on the phone with numberous family members bs I never spoke to the man I would love to see these phone records sad but people talk a good game we were never able to get this guy on the phone he talked a good game to you hire him I’m very unhappy with Mr Dergeabedian service
