I am feeling compelled to write a review after reading some of the reviews about the PA not returning calls and Dr. Law having an awful staff!!. I have been seeing Dr. Law for the last 20 plus years and found him to be very knowledgeable, listens well and has never been in a hurry. My husband has been seeing Dr. Law for the last 20 years as well.

My husband and I both have been seeing Dr Law for about 10 years. Not only is he the best doctor I have found since moving to California, his staff is excellent! Whenever I call for an appointment, they find me one as soon as possible. I never have to wait more than 10-15 minutes before seeing Dr. Law and everyone is extremely friendly and professional.

Dr. Law has been my daughters Pulmonologist for over 8 years. He has a great bedside manager and takes his time to attentively listen and ask questions to understand your symptoms. I have never felt like he is in a rush to move on to the next patient like I have experienced with alot of other doctors. My experience with his staff has always been good and I would highly recommend him.

I saw my PA right before my eye surgery and all went well. Stephen has been great to work with. So here is the rest of the story. I called over 2 plus weeks ago to go over my lab work from the quick blood work I did. I left a message and no one responded back. A week later I called again and left another message. Again no one responded. I then called and spoke to the front end person. She gave me the 3rd degree. I asked why no one returned my call and she said “what do you want” I said I wanted my PA to return my call and here is the reason for my call. She was very condescending. I asked that he call me back. Nothing. The next day I left another message and by the end of the day he did. We chatted and I felt much better about my lab work. Just last week I called to have him return my call regarding this bad cough and that I needed a prescription. Today I get a text message from my pharmacy saying your prescription is ready. I called the pharmacist and said what was this prescription for?

Dr. Law is a great guy. Unfortunately his staff is very bad…I mean BAD. It sucks that I have to choose a new Doctor, because Law is a good one…I just cannot handle his staff’s unprofessional and creepy work.
