I used David Resnick and he was sloppy at Best. I would Never use this firm again. David Let the Opposing Lawyer Sign his name on the Settlement and the opposing Lawyer filed fraudulant papers with the court. It is also my opinion David is a Bully for a Lawyer. I also ALWAYS question a 5star review with no words to it BEWARE

I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt because it’s my first time ever needing to contact them. They also have a different phone number that was given to me by the bank that I contacted. Either way both phone numbers were very uninformative about the next steps that we were supposed to take if we could not really reach them. Especially the first phone number that I was given by the bank. So I had to basically Google that phone number to pretty much backwards research it myself, to stumble across their office name because the voice message system person who said their name said it very incoherently. So I ended up googling that name, then I found the website, then I found the emails that I could try to contact somebody with. So I did leave an email and hopefully somebody actually contacts me back about what I messaged with a debt. Funny enough this office that themselves did not contact me via email about my debt by any form.

Horrible in conducting business. I’m constantly calling the financial department during business hours (for days). I have been leaving messages (for days) and no one EVER returns my call. Somebody might answer the phone “every now and then” but claim they are transferring me to someone that will help me with my case; however, I will only be transferred to someone’s voicemail whom never returns my call. BAD BUSINESS!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI’ve been trying to reach out, specifically to Emmanuel Sebastian, for literally a year at this point to pay a debt or get some understanding on my account. I’ve emailed through their websites, personal emails, called a billion times. If you call they don’t even have a proper system and I can’t even look up my account number to pay because I’m just supposed to remember an internal account number from a letter I’ve never received. After reading reviews Im realizing this is just a pattern for this company and I give up. I’ve emailed through their websites, personal emails, called a billion times. These people are awfully rude. Francena and some other lady were just, well intolerable. I had to speak to there manager becouse they sent me to him. He was good and also the lady that finished my case. But now they are very unresponsive after I payed my debt in full and they aren’t holding up their end. I would never do business with this group. I cant even get a call back I been calling for months now and nothing . Speacialy now that the Corona virus is here . Worse !!

I PAID MY ACCOUNT IN FULL THROUGH THEM FOR DELTA COMMUNITY BANK HOWEVER I STILL HAVE A NEGATIVE MARK IN THE EARLY WARNING SYSTEM BECAUSE THEY SAID THE FEES FOR THE COLLECTIONS WASN’T INCLUDED BY THIS FIRM AND NOW I OWE THEM HOWEVER I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT AS I WAS PAYING OFF THIS ACCOUNT
