Our experience so far with Jen Hanna has been more than frustrating. We have been working with her for 6 months on immigration cases for my family and we are no closer to having anything happen in the case than we were before we started working with her. She doesn’t answer questions or return calls or emails in a timely manner. She was very quick to accept our payments, however not much service has been completed on her part following the payment of our fees. Many times our inquires require a time sensitive response and we have to call multiple times to get any type of response. We have also been told that she is “too busy on bigger cases” than ours, which is not only unprofessional but insulting to paying clients.
