Her mineral rights assets had not been entered into the trust, so we hired Matt to probate them over to a new trust for us. We did not live in Oklahoma but Matt took care of everything and was very easy to work with. He let us know up front what the total cost would be and each step of the process, including court dates, documents we would need to provide and/or get notarized, etc. Everything was handled via phone and email, with certain documents eventually being mailed. Fees were right in line compared to other firms in OK. His efficiency spared me from travel and the entire estate was settled in a very timely manner. His professionalism and accessibility at all times made me confident in his ability.
