Recently I ran into some trouble with my commercial lease. Due to the pandemic i fell behind on some payments and my landlord used bully tactics and scare tactics to try and evict illegally by manipulating me to vacate. After one conversation with Mr. Harris, his speedy response was promising in itself. He immediately asked me to send over my lease and most resent correspondence. Not only is he well informed he is well respected and connected. He was able to get in contact with the management company swiftly and speak to the landlord directly. Though I tried previously to no avail, I was met with a multitude of failed attempts and ignored emails. In total the process with Mr. Harris getting my issues sorted out took only 2 days. My “pending lawsuit/ eviction” has been dismissed and my balance brought current. Mr. Harris was also able to have fees removed and discounts added. This experience has left me feeling confident that I will no longer have any issues with the management company moving forward. Mr. Harris was prompt, informative, knowledgeable, and delivered the results he guaranteed to me in the beginning. I’m elated I was able to retain his services.
