Talk about unacceptable accounting practice, what’s the term of reference that’s resonate for an accountant? Accountability. And, this is exactly what this accountant and his firm lacks (tone is set from the top). I’ve been with this firm for quite some time now, never ever have I needed anything beyond the “normal tax return,” so it’s been easy for them, I pay them $150 (talked to my CPA and CFA colleagues, turns out I was being ripped off for the vanilla return they were doing for me), but what really made me realize was when I need a CPA letter from them essentially affirming to my income as an independent CGI artist for movies and commercial, is when “no accountants were available to respond to me.” This was 2+ weeks of chasing that I got this response from the front desk, and truthfully, for an accountant to not be able to attest to their work, is really suspect.

Bad lawyer and CPA. DO NOT HIRE. Strings his client along and after 3 years and after 9000 dollars, found out there was NOTHING done because they lost all the evidence provided to the firm.
