I went in randomly to have my 2020 taxes amended and my very late 2021 taxes completed. I worked with Kevin Olson and he was beyond excellent. I paid him a reasonable rate to get my taxes done that same day. Extremely convenient and I’ll use him again next year as well and every year after that for my wife and I. Great experience

I have used HR Block a few times. This location twice, never again. Wasn’t going to use them this year but I was assured that the $150 they charge would come out of my return (2020). I made it very clear the only reason I was going through them was because they told me they could e-file my 2020 return and take their pymt out of return, well neither happened and they are holding my paper work (1040), hostage until I give them the $150, its been two months now! Had I just mailed it myself (FOR FREE) I’d already have my refund.

The gentleman was acting like he did not want to do my taxes giving me too many reasons to not wanna do my taxes here ever again…and I haven’t did my taxes in a few years because of situations like this so I gave up and totally disregard my tax return. People like that are the reason people get discouraged to even file taxes and so they end up suffering from depression and end up homeless.im disappointed in this situation and won’t recommend this tax service to anyone
