Mr. McKinnie was very helpful in a tough situation my son found himself in. He advocated (In Canyon Co. – I write that specifically because of someone else’s review) for my son. He was fair and upfront about his pricing and strategy. He was honest about the situation and what were good options. He’s got a great personality, but like several attorneys needed re-briefing as time went on in the case. I say that because I believe clients of attorneys feel that every detail should be memorized and remembered, but it’s not reality so no harsh review should be given for such a inaccurate assumption. Once I described the very personal situation I wanted to file suit, he told me to call the bar associates then hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful.
