Positive: ProfessionalismUnfortunately, my brother’s health has declined to a point where he was in need of a guardian, and those in charge of the apartment building he lived in took gross advantage of his mental decline. I retained Mr. Haas to help with a guardianship case, and to put a hold on proceedings in my brother’s tenancy case while the guardianship case gets resolved. He understood my frustrations in my brother’s tenancy case, and was able to get court rulings that were helpful to my brother. Especially, when it seemed like all hope was lost and that further advantage would be taken of, it is very much appreciative to have an attorney who understood the case and fought for a just result. Mr. Haas has been very reliable, knowledgeable, and responsive in handling both cases. He explained the guardianship proceedings very well and patiently answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, my brother’s health has declined to a point where he was in need of a guardian, and those in charge of the apartment building he lived in took gross advantage of his mental decline. I retained Mr. Haas to help with a guardianship case, and to put a hold on proceedings in my brother’s tenancy case while the guardianship case gets resolved. This was a difficult situation for me dealing with the death of a relative in another state far away, during Covid, with legal estate matters to be accomplished. Fortunately, I found Attorney Haas on line; the reviews helped me decide as did the initial consultation. He was knowledgeable as step by step legal needs got completed.
