We cannot say enough about this office, its staff and especially our attorney, Santana. Most attorneys do not care about the little disagreements that arise during the big picture but they went above and beyond. Was involved in a major car accident after some kid pulled out in front of me. I called this office after having so many issues and the took the case. The attorney, Santana resolved so many questions I had. They have wonderful people who work there and are easy to talk to. After having numerous surgeries this law office has helped guide me through it all. We had a mess due to the nature of the accident. I was involved in a terrible car accident and called Santana at Kortum Law Office. We were involved with numerous cars due to the nature of the accident and was totally freaked out. I called while on the crash scene and she took my call and walked me through everything that I needed to do. My passenger was terribly injured and she helped me stay calm and get all the help we needed. I am located out of state so the logistics of getting medical care would have been a nightmare if I didn’t have her to help me through all the things. I didn’t hardly have to do a thing, except take care of my injures and see my medical providers. The office has done everything from another state. We love this place. We have never been told we cannot talk to an attorney there and they have always answered all of our questions. They have walked me through everything. I highly recommend this attorney. If you want to actually talk to your attorney go there. And the office always is responsive. I feel like that is the best part.

We worked with this “attorney” for over two years and no progress was ever made, she didnt even file! Bills were left unpaid after several promises to pay and now I am left dealing with these collection’s. When I started asking questions that I have the right to know, such as when was the filing date, what’s the liability limit through the insurance? That is when she dismissed herself my being my representation, that was the best thing she ever did for us.

I was put on back burner like I wasn’t important. Time went by nothing did not keep me updated about anything I would call they would tell me she was busy try next week OMG than one day I demand to see her and they tell me so at that point said they couldn’t help me any more.
