My wife and I had an injunction against harassment in place against a neighbor who was continually harassing us. Two months after the injunction was in place, our neighbor decided to fight it. We only had seven days to find a strong attorney and we are beyond fortunate to have found Ben Kuipers. When we first met him, Ben was engaging and personable, and we quickly realized that he has a unique ability in making you feel special as a client. We immediately felt at ease and knew we’d be well-represented. Ben first focused on having us articulate our personal story so he could best determine a strategy for the optimal outcome that would protect us. He then combed through all of our documentation and over the next couple of days developed a strong game plan. During our court appearance, we were solidly confident that Ben had our backs and would fight hard for our planned outcome. In the end, he negotiated a solution that provides better protection than the injunction we had in place. Ben has an incredibly impressive background. Couple this background with his passion to advocate for his clients, and you won’t find a more top-notch attorney.

Ben Kuipers is crooked and greedy. He accomplished nothing, and charged astronomical rates for not filing petitions and motions, canceling a judge appearance to clear the opposing attorney’s schedule under false pretences, he didn’t turn in evidence to detectives, didn’t get temporary orders for temporary finances in place (and certainly didn’t have them enforced), and did NOT advocate for his client. If you are a victim of domestic violence and experiencing physical, financial, legal, and emotional abuse during a divorce–RUN away from Ben Kuipers. He will take your meager money and multiply it tenfold of debt to his firm, leave you high and dry, and commit moral abuse by doing nothing to help. Lots of talk, zero action. His inaction caused IMMENSE HARM. To someone already experiencing trauma and abuse. The courts and attorneys are literally supporters of abusers.

Ben Kuipers is a great person. It doesn’t matter whether a person has money or not, Ben has helped me. What he cares about is finding the solution to the problem. He gets the job done before focusing on getting paid. In my cause I had lost all hope and was drowning in my ex-husband’s drama, and this man rescued me and saved my children. He helped me get back on the right track. There are four different types of people who walk into our lives—those who teach us, those who love us, those who hurt us, and those who destroy us. As for Mr Kuipers, by helping me, he has showed me love from another human being, and for that I will forever be grateful. He is a great lawyer and I trust him with my life and the lives of my children. I don’t care what case you may have, this is a lawyer you can trust with your family. He stands by you and guides you from the beginning to the end. In my case, I did not win everything, but one thing I got was a good lawyer who fought for me to the very end, and a good friendship. If I could give him 100 stars I would, but there is only 5.
