Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueDO NOT USE THIS MEDIATOR!!!! Was assigned this person for mediation. She was hard to get ahold of to schedule the mediation, even when my attorney tried to call her. We finally got ahold of her and got the mediation scheduled. Once the mediation was complete, she told us she would file with the courts and email our attorneys. I have no idea if she emailed the attorneys. My attorney tried to request a trial date and was denied due to us not being in compliance with the mediation.. The paperwork she was supposed to file was never filed, even after a month!!!!. On top of all of that, she charged us 400 dollars for an hour and a half! To this day she has not returned my emails as to why she didn’t file the paperwork for over a month. If you get assigned this person, you should probably request someone else as there’s no time frame for when she will do her job.
