Mr. Jackel and his team were hands down the best!!!!! Professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and responsive. This was my second time appealing a social security case. Both cases were in my favor but my experience between the first attorney and Mr. Jackel could not have been more different. The first attorney never responded and I only spoke with them the day of the hearing after waiting for over an hour because they were late. I can’t recommend Counselor Jackel and his staff highly enough. Not only were they successful in processing my claim, they were successful on the first attempt. Typically the first attempt is denied and the claim goes to a hearing. This can take as long as 15 months. Also, the level of thoroughness, kindness and consideration extended to me were exceptional. Lastly, without going into explicit detail, SMJ acted solely in my interest. Unbeknownst to me there was a juncture in my case where SMJ could’ve acted in his own self interest but did not. Because he acted in my interest and not his, he was forced to forfeit any compensation for himself. Stephen is a highly ethical professional. He has my bona fide endorsement.
