When you walk in your outfit is clean but when you leave it won’t be do to the cat fur. The cat forces itself on you and will scratch your clothes. Then, Mary decides what your case is about without allowing to lay out all the facts. You go to tell her what you need but she will pick what you need for you. Once something is in her head she runs with that and not the client who is paying her.
