Critical: Professionalism, Quality
My husband honestly would have done a better job at representing himself. The lawyers for Rochdale Village , Inc ran circles around this guy, cut him to ribbons he was totally out of his depth with so little knowledge concerning Mitchell -Lama rules/laws. It was so bad that he even had the judge threatening criminal charges against my husband before court was even in session. My husband would have gotten more results had to took the $1500 retainer and threw out of his car window on Queens blvd After that fiasco and seeing what it cost my husband in stress, grief, money and time. I would not have this guy represent me in traffic court. PERIOD.

I am a landlord in Queens. The Law Office of Raymond Cash persuaded my tenant to pay over $6,000.00 in rental arrears and the tenant vacated one month later. Mr. Cash promised me that he would do everything in his power to persuade the tenant to preserve the good credit rating by paying and vacating peacefully. He kept my legal fees down and i managed to re-rent my apartment soon after. Mr. Cash gives his phone number to every client and takes phone calls 7 days a week. The staff was courteous and helpful at all times. I have dealt with other landlord tenant law firms in the past and have never had such quick and inexpensive results. I would definitely use the Law Office of Raymond Cash again for any landlord / tenant issues that i would encounter.

Law Office of Raymond Cash represented me in a civil litigation case. I couldn’t have asked for a better law firm. They were courteous, kind, professional and the prices were just fine. I was in need of an eviction for my tenant so I googled landlord tenant lawyer in forest hills and came across the lawyer Raymond Cash. I’ve never imagined that an eviction can be so easy!!! The best part was that I did not have to go to his office or appear in court though I was notified that if a trial took place, I will have to appear. I didn’t even have to go to the office but I was just overwhelmed with joy that I had to thank him personally! I’m not sure what kind of experience Rinku went through but my experience went pretty smooth. All I did was give Raymond some information of my house and he dealt with everything and kept me updated daily. Only problem one may think of is the fees. I’m sure there are fees lower than what Raymond Cash charges but in my opinion, I would go for – quality > quantity -. I was losing more rent than I can think of so i figured why not give Raymond another chance? Probably learned their lesson after Rinku showed up but if Raymond keeps up this good work, I’ll definitely use Raymond for his services again!!!!!

I highly recommend the Law Offices of Raymond Cash. I had a tenant who was not paying rent. They appeared in court for me in Westchester, and convinced my tenant to vacate in a short while. Although the tenant could not pay all of the rent due, they convince him to sign a judgment for the money and a judgment in possession. I would tell any of my friends to use this firm for landlord tenant issues

This Law office is crooked. they quick to get your money, but as far as results, they suck. they are not proffesional, they are rude and uncoorperative. i have an on going case for the past 4 years and now the lawyer won’t even answer my calls. my plan is simply to sue them. i woud not recommend this law firm not even to my worst hated enemy.

when i first came the lawyer wanted me to speak with him in the waiting room and when i went to this place today and all though i did not pay for a consultation i was being pushed to leave and not treated as a customer. I think even though i was not charged i was a someone who wanted some help and do things the correct way.
