Attorney Matthew Lenza helped devise my living trust and transfer the deed to my apartment to the trust, which had to be done through the clerk’s office in Staten Island. He is both a real estate and an estate planning lawyer, a very helpful combination. I visited the firm once and met with him and his assistant. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and generous with his time. He promptly and thoroughly responded to my emailed questions, and even during the Covid limitations he and his staff were easy to reach.
