I am posting as the President of our HOA. Dave von Beck helped us to secure funding from our insurance carrier based off a policy that was in place over 20 years ago for our building. These funds recouped by Dave in our settlement allowed us to properly address the siding issues that have plagued our building over the past 5 years. That is not a exaggeration as our contractor had caused so much damage to our house the City of Seattle placed a Notice of Violation on our property and we could not get it removed unless we fixed the damages by the contractor. Damages were in excess of what we could afford and the contractor went down a rabbit hole. We contacted Levy Von Beck Comstock and were assigned Seth Chastain. Seth was very sympathetic to our situation and told us he would take on our case. Once we hired him we immediately felt we had someone to help us out and had our back. He made us feel like we had a partner. He coordinated all of the experts to create a great demand letter to the opposing side, and worked very well with opposing counsel. He communicated every step of the way, and there were many steps in this whole process. Seth got us into mediation and we settled with the opposing side.
