Service use to be good…paid for priority mail 2 to 3 day delivery and it’s going on the 4th day and I haven’t received my order. I called them and they stated my order went out on the 19th, however after checking my tracking it actually went out on the 22nd, when my order was made on the 18th. Do not pay for anything but standard mail it’s a rip off to get more money!!…not using this place again using Barnes and Noble a trusted and well known site with great customer service!!
