First my body was damaged and wasn’t working the way I needed to I needed someone to help make sure I got the best care from the right doctors to get better. I am very active and have a very busy life and I need my body to work right. I was very happy that Madalon was able to work directly with me to listen to my concerns, address my pain and injuries and make sure that the doctors understood that I needed to be back and better. Once my injuries were properly addressed Madalon make sure the insurance company paid the entire policy limits. Granted no one should ever have to go through what I went through and the policy was not anywhere near enough for the pain I suffered but they did not leave a penny on the table.

Grandma was the victim of elder abuse I needed an attorney who was willing to take on a Major medical corporation. They failed to take care of my grandmother who had dementia and was a serious fall risk. As a result she suffered a catastrophic shattered hip. Of course the medical corporation denied everything and tried to have the case dismissed several times. Madeline law fought them tooth and nail and one every motion until they finally paid what they owed. I highly recommend Madeline law and their litigation team for any serious injury case against any tough defendant. They do not back down and they do not let up.
