It’s not for the people at all. Big law firms are a joke! Don’t do it! Pains me to say this cause I was referred by a good friend of mine. Truth is if you’re poor they’re not gonna help you at all. Absolutely amazing that after I hung up the phone with them I immediately got another lawyer that actually cares to help to take my case. Before I even called Morgan and Morgan I went thru the steps so I wasn’t wasting anybodies time. They said I had no case. The real reason was because they weren’t gonna see a big pay out. I don’t expect lawyers to work for free but every dollar won they could’ve kept I was never looking for financial gain I was looking for help. One of the worst experience i had with this company. I had Abigail Luna as a case manager one the worst with communication ever. Took over a year for her to close my case, she never reached out to me, i always had to case her to get a response. I asked her for a itemized closing statement multiple time and to this day i still have not received it. I feel that i got robbed for what i should have gotten back but since she never gave me the paper that tells me what was paid and how much they paid, i feel robbed. I even have credit collection agency reaching out for hospital bills that should have been paid already. Please do not contract this company and if you do and you get her as a case manager ask for another person or just go to another law office that would fight for you not rob you. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Reached out to the Miami location. They took all of our information and a week went by and we did not hear from them. We called 3 times and the Attorney finally called back to speak with us for 5 minutes with the excuse that he had been in court. We have not heard back from him. We are getting new Attorneys.

My circumstances apparently after one minute of deliberating with a customer service rep wasnt worth looking into. You would think bleeding across a lobby caused by negligence(abandonment) would be a reason to sue. But not according to this company. But thats fine im going to seek justice with a company that cares.
