Philip is a professional, knowledgeable, and calm lawyer who is well-versed in Massachusetts law. In my experience, he has been very helpful and reasonable to support me in my issues with a tenant, successfully obtaining an agreement that Philip was able to put in place for me to have the tenants vacate their extended stay beyond the lease and refusal to pay rent, stopping me from incurring further losses on top of the existing losses. His counsel, experience, and support during the entire ordeal from court visits to negotiations directly with the tenant and their representative again helped me salvage what little I could which was further damages caused by the continued occupation of my property without paying rent.
