Richard Cornell was assigned as my best friends attorney. My best friend is John Fenton. John is a military war vet who has been serving 8 years in prison for a crime there is no evidence that he committed. Ive called this attorney to try and get him to do his job several times. He wont even pull himself off the case but refuses to contact his client (my best friend). Ive been best friends with john for 15 years. He is a good man. He has two sons who he deserves to raise. He served our country. And I can say without a shadow of a doubt that he was unlawfully convicted. When all is said and done, we will be starting a lawsuit against the state for unlawful imprisonment as well as a suit against Mr. Richard F. Cornell himself for failing to properly represent his client and refusing to do his job resulting in a prolonging of time being served. Its really sad when people become so busy capitalizing on others and disregard the people who really deserve justice.
