Critical: ResponsivenessThe only person who will return your calls is James Ramous. And he is not even on my case. I never know who is in charge of my case. They never give you any updates. Every time I call they avoid me and I feel like I wasted my time with them. It’s been 1 year and I have no information. I wish I would have went through a more conserving and professional company. The staff here are all horrible besides James Ramous the investigator. I am so disappointed with them avoiding me instead of telling me what it is.
