My parents had a car accident and my dad got injured a few months ago. Honestly it’s the first time we had to deal with a lawyer and they have not been helpful at all. I understand it’s a process, but my mom has been the one that’s have to call everyone to get information. Our insurance agent even informed her why wasn’t her lawyer the one calling. Even the agent of the other insurance, told me he’s not allowed to speak to my parents; so he’s been keeping our lawyer informed. However, when the lawyer finally answered my mom’s call (because she has not been great at returning her calls) said that was a lie. The whole process is frustrating already, but I would not recommend this law firm because of this horrible customer experience. I’ve worked in the customer experience industry over ten years, so I know the importance of following through with your customer. Because at this point it feels like we are just being ignored or pushed to the side.

I called today this law firm and one of the legal experts did not helped. I used to work for Allied Universal and one day in December of 2019 I was removed from the post, because the client stated that I was rude to a visiting attorney of McGuire Woods. Nobody asked me any questions and as a result I got kicked out. I was trying to get a lawyer for my case but everybody closed their doors due to the coronavirus. All law firms had closed. I tired to open a case and this law firm was recommend to me and the legal expect said there’s no law to protect workers who being kicked out even if they didn’t do anything wrong. Sad that I’m trying to get help and you tell me no. I’m very sad.
