Durkin handled a landlord-tenant case. She either had no idea of the actual law or ignored it. In act, after being apprised of the law and facts, she nevertheless was filing eviction motions in violation of NJ state law. She had no case and created a liability for her own malpractice insurer. This had to be withdrawn. Durkin is like a Chinese fire-cracker drill. Big talker. No results. Incompetent comes to mind.
