Jennifer Merkle has more than 25 years experience working within the correctional justice system. This work included researching or addressing issues relating to state and federal prison industries, inmate conditions of confinement issues, criminal prosecutions, labor disputes, and employment issues among others. Through her vast experience Jennifer has gained insight into the operations of the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), including its policies, operations and practices. Jennifer has experience as a prosecutor and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney. This firm’s mission it to assist those who are involved in matters or litigation with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP).
