I used this establishment because it was referred to me as a good place with great customer service. Well I had my taxes done about 3 months ago and still haven’t heard or received any thing. And the IRS website says contact my preparer which I have over a month ago and to this day still no results. There won’t be a next time I do not recommend them at all. Pay too much for too little assistance, and very poor customer assistance when it comes to reaching out you about your returns…. Waste of my time and money!!!

Finally a REAL professional!! Sheila is the best cpa/ tax pro I’ve had contact with. She was very welcoming and pleaseant. I had several years of taxes to go thru. She investigated my past taxes and filed my 2017 for $100. Can’t beat that!! She was able to answer all of my questions in a way that I could understand and never made me feel embarrassed or inadequate. She saved me hundreds of dollars and lots of stress.
