I generally do not write reviews, however, after experiencing Tinari’s magic in the courtroom countless times, I fell compelled to rave about why he is hands down thee best Attorney I’ve ever worked with. My first encounter with Tinari was back in 2010, when my husband was arrested on various drug charges, he was looking at a maximum of 8-10 years in prison, however, with time served, he completed a total of 18 months which included bootcamp. Fast forward, to late 2020, when my brother was profiled while heading home from work. The police claimed to have pulled him over for a “broken tail light”, when they approached his vehicle they saw a roach of Marijuana in his ash tray in which they in turn used as probable cause to search his vehicle. During the illegal search, a firearm was seized, my brother was intimidated into a confession and subsequently arrested. At the time of arrest, my brother was also on his last month of probation for a previous gun case in which Mr. Tinari had Efficiently handled two years prior. As you can imagine, my family was hopeless, but I knew from day one who to call. Being a law student at Drexel University, I know first hand how to spot an expert and Taneri is the real deal in quality, efficiency, professionalism and he’s just an overall good person who does not take the easy way out as I’ve seen others in the profession do. He’s not quick to shake hands with the prosecutors to make a deal, he listens and understands his clients are innocent and makes the opposition work hard and stutter on the stand, trust me, I just witnessed it again and took pleasure in every moment because what happened to my brother was the epitome of injustice and he believed in his just as I do. To make long story, I am currently preparing to pick my little brother up from jail TODAY!!! All charges were dropped, can I repeat, ALL CHARGES WERE DROPPED. Tinari is the equivalent of the last Muhammad Ali of the courtroom. My family and I are elated and so grateful for him.

Eugene Tinari is definitely your go to attorney. I had the pleasure of having him personally represent me as his client. Honestly, I have nothing but the most amount of respect for him as an attorney and as a person. He is very detail oriented and pays close attention to your case. He treats it as if he himself was on trial. He puts time and dedication into your case even though your case is not the only one he is working and preparing for. My boyfriend didnt even know he was charged with a crime until we got a solicitation letter from another lawyer advising him of his charge and recommending him to seek legal representation. So the first thing we did was call Mr. Tinari. Mr. Tinari quickly realized that my bf wasnt even being charged in Philadelphia County, but instead he was charged in Bucks County, which was ok because Mr. Tianari assured us thay he was familiar with the courts out there and could assist us. So since we have previously hired Mr. Tinari for a prior matter in Philadelphia, we had no doubts about retaining him for this case too! Since we have used Tinari in the past we already had a peice of mind moving foward with the case. I must say Eugene Tinari is one of the best lawyers I have ever seen in a court room and I am a Paralegal and worked for attorneys and still have never met a more agressive straight foward lawyer. If you want a seasoned lawyer who is not scared to argue your case then Eugenr Tinari is the lawyer to go with. To make a long story short my bf was found NOT guilty after a 2 day jury deliberation ( he was facing 10 -20 years in jail. !!)
