Brenda mediated our divorce in 2019, which was contentious and difficult on many levels, to include dealing with the legal custody of my then 13-year-old son. Relations between my wife (at the time) and me were poor at best. Brenda offered a comforting, professional demeanor and environment that ensured both of us maintained our composure and allowed us to get through the challenging emotional issues associated with dividing physical and financial assets and, more important, determining how to raise my son in a post-divorce world. I can’t say enough great things about the whole process with this firm. They have all been fantastic in every aspect. They made what can often be a sad and unpleasant event into a process that was as easy and comfortable as it could be given the subject. We both felt listened to and given excellent guidance in an area we had no experience in managing on our own but came away with a solid and mutually satisfying agreement and experience. We even had light-hearted moments. Only regret was not being able to meet in person due to the pandemic but the zoom meetings were still easy to communicate with.
