The staff here is great and Bo expertly handled my prenuptial agreement. I really hated the idea of having to do one but it was MUCH easier and smoother than expected. I had a nasty divorce going with my ex-husband who was using one of the High Power Lawyers that was intent on making things difficult and costing both of us most of the money we were fighting over. Bo was able to calm me down and came up with an idea for the settlement that not only saved me and the ex money, but actually made his fees LESS EXPENSIVE!!! You will not hear of that many times with any lawyer. I would recommend him for a simple divorce or a complex one with all of the circumstances that always make things difficult. He just has a way of working things out with all parties that make so much sense the case gets settled and everyone gets what they want. He is also very responsive and easy to get a hold of and respectful.

Bo has been working with me for a number of years now on my divorce-related legal issues. While he was my first attorney, I had approached many others with my most pressing problems prior to hiring him as my legal counsel. Bo was the only one who was able to offer a reasonable course of action to protect my rights as a parent and I was very pleased with the eventual outcome. What impresses me the most about him are his ethical standards and his blunt, no-nonsense approach to providing me with strategic advice. He never tries to just say what I want to hear when the facts of the case or the relevant legal environment do not support my grievance. He presents the legal context of the case and the pros and cons of alternative remedies as they are without any embellishment. He is an effective researcher who doesn’t hesitate to do his homework whenever he isn’t absolutely sure about the legal ramifications of the issue at hand. Lastly, he always reminded me of the alternatives to legal remedies that can be just as effective and are definitely far less expensive. This was something I would have never expected from an attorney.

I’m very thankful that Bo represented me in my parenting case. My ex was living with a person who I found out was a threat to our daughter after an investigation. I was in fear for a long time and it turned my life upside down. I met with Bo and he was confident from the start and that made me confident. My ex threw everything she could at me including threats, calling the police and lying to the court and it didn’t work. He put her on the defensive and shut her down in a way I could never expect.
