We worked with Rob for our initial estate planning consultation. He is very well versed in his area of expertise. What really blew us away was the staff at our signing. Marc is a good guy and so was everyone else. We liked the little New Testament book they gave too. Thank you for making this a painless experience. Highly recommend!!

Very friendly staff. Their knowledge and work ethic is greatly appreciated. They made a monumental task east to complete. We had talked to other lawyers in the past regarding our special needs daughter and Melissa Donovan was so caring and knowledgeable about the subject that we felt an immediate trust/bond with her. Very happy to have worked with them!

We chose Wiewel to set up our estate plan. This firm is knowledgeable, professional and educational. The process was enjoyable and my peace of mind has increased as a result of getting our wishes and requirements in order and filed for safe keeping. A top notch experience all the way around. Thanks Rob and team.

The team was thorough to say the least. I did not really have an understanding of what the trust would allow me to do. Nor was my wife clear about items in her will. Will be back with some revisions but because I was not clear on what the trust could do for me. Now that i have rethought the bequests, I will move forward with some changes. The best part is that they realize that customers have additions and changes after the execution of the trusts.

We did not have a good experience with this firm. I would NEVER recommend them for Estate Planning. You have many, many other choices – go elsewhere in Austin. Note after response below: We had a bad experience with this firm, and was I talking with a respected Financial Advisor in town recently (due to failures by TX Trust) and when asked, I named TX Trust and the respected Advisor (who has done *very* well for us) randomly said, “I don’t really like them” so it’s not just my experience, this is coming from another professional in the community as well.
