Was recommended to me by a friend who seems to find himself in trouble frequently so I figured a good viable option. Helped me with my case and was very nice and professional. Got my warrant for failure to appear dropped and court rescheduled. Has been in the area awhile and knows the local courts (prosecution, judges etc) was able to get one of my charges dropped down to a lesser charge and even went to the last one for me to finalize everything and told me not to worry about driving the distance just for that seeing as I had temporarily moved 1.5hrs away. Services rendered were charged what I thought was fair, and less than others had quoted it’d be with their service. However, I found another old case I wasn’t aware even existed and in trying to procure services again, after leaving many many voice-mail, and trying to go see him I still haven’t been able to make any progress, seems like a complete opposite of my first experience..so may have to go elsewhere as its a pressing matter and I never received a return call even. Would’ve liked to give 5 star rating but this came off very unprofessional at a most inopportune time.

The only complaint I would possibly have would be that it seemed impossible to get Mr. Bradley to answer or answer my calls if and when I’ve had a question. That being said, I’ve been known to be an impatient person at times. Even with this, I would still have to recommend his services, as he was able to make things go in my favor in an unfortunate DUI case . I will add that he has managed to update me when I actually needed to be. Hopefully I will not need a lawyer for anything whatsoever, but on the off chance that I do, Mr. Bradley will be my first call.

It took me FOREVER to find a lawyer to pick up the phone. I left voicemails with everyone, and no one ever called back! Austin answered my call on the very first try and I didn’t have any issue getting a hold of him when I needed to! He saved my husband from harsher charges. Austin really got us out of a jam at the (almost) last minute and we appreciate that! Austin Bradley does outstanding work. After my work injury, my employer’s workers’ compensation insurance denied the surgery that I needed to get better. Austin Bradley was able to quickly get the surgery approved after I hired him, and was there for me throughout the entire process. He returned all my phone calls and answered all my questions.Mr.Bradley first and foremost has a genuine concern with my case. I had a bad “professional” experience with Austin Bradley. He was able to complete what I had asked, but in a very unprofessional way. The first meeting we set up was at 11:00 AM. Respectfully, I show up early in case we can have the meeting earlier. He showed up over a half hour late without notice (I had to call him), he did not apologize when he arrived for the tardiness, and the conversation could have taken place over the phone. This made me lose my entire lunch break for work. After he gets everything taken care of in court, the cost of the ticket doubled, then I paid him another court fee on top of the fee I already gave him. So in total, I paid 3 times the original amount of the ticket. We set up another meeting at 11:00 AM for me to pay him with the money order he requested. Again, I show up early so I can drop of the money order and go. After waiting until 11:30 AM, I give him a call to see what the deal is. He had an “emergency” court date somewhere else, which he reluctantly decided not to inform me about and didn’t apologize for either. Now I just wasted another hour of my life. If you can’t be on time for a meeting or communicate with your clients, then you shouldn’t be a lawyer.
