Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueVery bad experience, my property(home) completion was Jun 17 and they didn’t inform me during signing or later that I need to pay property taxes immediately since the deadline to pay those July 2 and there are penalties if I miss deadline. As a first time home buyer we wouldn’t know what are all things we need to do immediately and they should inform/educate us which didn’t happen. When I check with them in mid of July(with multiple follow-ups and calls), then they informed me that the property taxes payment due date was already passed and lying that they already informed me earlier so I ended up paying 5% of total property taxes as penalties :(Also, the property documents, they said I will get in mail but after multiple follow-ups they sent via email, totally irresponsible and lazy folks. I don’t recommend anyone use service here. Very bad experience, my property(home) completion was Jun 17 and they didn’t inform me during signing or later that I need to pay property taxes immediately since the deadline to pay those July 2 and there are penalties if I miss deadline. Critical: Quality, ResponsivenessVery bad experience with this office. I went to this place for re financing of a apartment unit. Basically, transferring a mortgage from one lender to the other lender. They were so careless in transfering the payout payment, that caused additional charge of ~1000 CAD. Despite of my multiple follow up emails and phone calls, they keep ignoring and not trying to resolve it. I do not recommend this place.Very bad experience with this office. Very bad experience with this office. I went to this place for re financing of a apartment unit. Basically, transferring a mortgage from one lender to the other lender. They were so careless in transfering the payout payment, that caused additional charge of ~1000 CAD. Despite of my multiple follow up emails and phone calls, they keep ignoring and not trying to resolve it. I do not recommend this place.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis Law firm is amazing. They go above and beyond for their clients. They took care of my complicated refinancing application and followed up accordingly.They also help their clients in simple ways that i truly appreciate; As an example, i have a time sensitive activity and will require to get their lawyers cheques verified in a bank. The law firm’s office hours ends at 5PM. I rushed to the bank but have no idea how cheque verification process works, The bank called their office but the general voicemail saying that their office is close has been turned on. Due to this, the bank cannot verify the cheques that i brought in and will result to a huge delay in releasing the funds and not meeting my personal deadlines. I called one of their associate named “Harveen”, she handles my account and understand that i’m dealing with a time sensitive matter, without hesitation; harveen quickly opened up their lines for the banks call to go through and follow their process. This is already past harveen’s working hours! I left the bank with verified cheques so i can have access to the funds immediately.
