He walked me through the whole process and as we waited for what seemed like forever for the jail to release my husband, we talked like old friends. I like doing business with hometown people. Mr Wallace made a bad situation tolerable. He picked up on the second ring and was very laid back and helpful. He walked me through the whole process and as we waited for what seemed like forever for the jail to release my husband, we talked like old friends. I like doing business with hometown people. If I could give Mr. Wallace 10 stars, I would. First, he answered as soon as I called and stuck to his word on timing. He was professional and personable at the same time. Mr. Wallace explained the process as he did the paperwork which was great because I was sort of clueless because I live out of town. Most importantly, his business hours on Google are factual. It was after 12am when I called and he took the bond without hesitation. The 1st Class bondsman says their 24 hours but after calling first and leaving a message, they didnt call back and turns out their business says they’re open 24 hours as well. This service is great Mr Wallace came out at 2:30 in the morning, you could tell he was woken up but did not hesitate one bit! He was at the facility in record time, hope you never have to have a bailout but if you do he’s the best! Very professional even in the not so pleasant situation. No judgment just help!
