We highly recommend Steve Cole. After paying a mortgage on our home for 21 years, we had some unexpected financial difficulties in mid 2019 and missed a few mortgage payments, then the next thing we knew we were in pre foreclosure. This is when we knew that we needed help quick. We called Steve in February 2020 and he was prompt at returning our call and setting up a meeting. Here it is 13 months later and we are still in our house and have been able to modify the mortgage due to Steve Cole. He made his service very affordable and thanks to Steve, Lana, and Kris we didn’t need to pack up 21 years in the home we love. We are now looking to nip away at some improvements. Thank you Steve.
