This place sent me a letter stating that I owed Northgate Real Estate taxes and I had 30 days to pay the full amount. I got a letter 30 days later saying there was a mix up and that they were already paid. When I called to make sure my taxes were paid they claimed that I still owed them. I called back with the letter discussing the “mix-up” they dropped the amount to 0. Either terrible record keeping or a fraud. Either way I do not approve of the school district giving a place like this my tax information.
