Don’t know where to start.. I was desperate and out of time so came here (the green location) since Barnum was closed. It just didn’t feel right, never received my return. After the 4-6 wks Lucille said it’ll take.. come back 2 months later asking about my return of the can help.. Lucille doesn’t help me (doing paperwork) red flag..doesn’t even acknowledge me (it’s a very small office) she knew I was back, I even told them she “helped” me last time. I get helped by a random lady from the back to just get an attitude and not answer my questions when I’m right next to her, she gives me the # to IRS and says she can’t find out why my return hasn’t come?
