I had a permanent injury on my facial nerve as a result of negligence on the part of a well known surgeon. After looking at lot of law firms I zeroed in on Clyde to represent me. Clyde was a keen listener and was clearly knowing the job. I chose Clyde because he has dealt with facial nerve cases a lot. I highly recommend Bergstresser & Pollock. Clyde took our case which was very complicated and traumatic for us to deal with. Clyde was extremely compassionate as was his colleague, Scott Heidorn. They answered all our questions and kept us informed throughout the process. They won the case after a lot of painstaking work.
