He helped my neighbor after her insurance company refused to pay for hurricane damage to her home.After unsuccessfully negotiating with my insurance company about my damaged roof, I hired Bob. My agreement with him was for a reasonable retainer cost and no contingency like other attorneys charge for this type of case.Don’t sign an agreement with your insurance company, roofing company, or any other attorney who may take a contingency fee. If you do that may have much less control over the situation and you could end up with less money than you need for your home repairs. I met with several attorneys before hiring Bob and the other attorneys gave me the impression that my case would just be included with their stack of cases and could end up taking a very long time to get resolved.Each time I met at Bob’s office he and his staff made me feel very welcome. I called and emailed with a lot of questions and Bob always responded promptly and explained things to me very clearly. From the beginning and until the conclusion of the case he made me feel very comfortable.
