Sobel disguises her “compassion” for the homeless as a means to make millions in profits for herself through suing the city. Instead of working to solve issues, she actively has made reducing homelessness nearly impossible in Los Angeles because she takes all of that money for herself while blocking any meanings change.

I just read of Carol’s services and couldn’t recommend her enough to any city experiencing social economic hatred and cruelty towards people’s whose voice is largely ignored. Good for her! The low ratings I see clearly indicate coming from the NIMBY type people that she would be fighting against. Sounds like she does her job very well then!
